Gianfranco Roberto Fiorio - Curator and master fine art appraiser

Gianfranco has been in the art world for many decades, involved with major collectors, museums and fine art investors at the highest level, while owning and managing several companies from 1975 to the present. On the east coast he focuses on the improved profitability, valuations and marketing for the following major companies:

In the 1980s, Gianfranco specialized in appraising the world’s top tier of master paintings. His adherence to strict Non-Disclosure rules earned the trust of notable clients including Mr. Walter Annenberg and members of two European royal families. He has facilitated major transactions in Renaissance, Impressionist, and Pop Art works.

As an art historian, Gianfranco became certified by collectors, buyers, and artists to produce verifiable high-end appraisals. He has guided the acquisition and sale of masterpieces by artists such as Raphael, Picasso, Dalí, and Warhol. He also served as consultant to Mr. Annenberg in acquiring historic masterpieces.

From the 1970s through 2015, Gianfranco worked with Riccardo and Corrado Agusta of Agusta Aviation to build a renowned collection of Italian Renaissance masterworks, serving as their lead appraiser and consultant.

His services have been sought by top institutions in Italy, France, the UK, US, Netherlands, and Spain. Gianfranco has consulted with European Royal families, museum curators, and private gallery experts on authenticity, valuation, and transactions involving priceless artworks.
